AirAsia X

Reference is made to the Company's announcement on 10 August 2022.

The Board of Directors of AirAsia X Berhad wishes to announce that, through a series of communications between the Company, AirAsia Berhad (collectively, “AirAsia”) and Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad (“MAHB”), the parties agreed to discontinue all civil suits between AirAsia and MAHB, which was effected by appropriate filings in court on 9 August 2022. Save for the mutual agreement to discontinue the legal proceedings, there was no other settlement agreement entered into by the parties.
