The financial year end ("FYE") of the Company is changed from 30 June to 31 December. The next audited financial statements will be made up from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2022 covering a period of 18 months. Thereafter, the FYE shall be 31 December for subsequent years. The change of the FYE may assist to strengthen the Company's operations and to focus in the Company's business plan. |
