Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 12 October 2022 in relation to the Proposed Extension of Time. On behalf of the Board of Directors of AAX, AmInvestment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 1 November 2022, granted the Company an extension of time up to 28 April 2023 for AAX to submit its regularisation plan to the regulatory authorities.
