Reference is made to the Company's announcement dated 21 November 2023 on the following:

(i) Bursa Securities' decision on the Company’s appeal application for the Proposed Relief & PN17 Upliftment ("Bursa Securities' Decision"); and

(ii) Quarterly report for the financial period ended 30 September 2023.

In view that the Company had met the Condition pursuant to Bursa Securities' Decision, Bursa Securities wishes to inform that AAX will be uplifted from being classified as a PN17 company effective 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 22 November 2023.
