| Working experience and occupation | Mr. Asher Noor (“Mr. Asher”) is currently the Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) for the AITouq Group, a leading Saudi family office/sophisticated financial investor group with local, regional and global investment outreach. Prior to joining the AITouq Group, Mr. Asher served as the CFO for Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia where he, amongst others, established their brokerage sales and trading platform and liaised with the Saudi Capital Market Authority in executing the first equity swap on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul). Mr. Asher qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PwC Pakistan, and has also worked as a Senior Finance Manager at Banque Saudi Fransi in Saudi Arabia; a bank affiliated to the French Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, where he developed accounting structures for retail, corporate and treasury products and implemented the market risk reporting framework. Mr. Asher is also a board member at several other companies around the world, representing AITouq Group's investments including, Chairman of Board of Directors of Ajeej Capital (DIFC) Limited, regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority. He has also been an Alternate Director for AirAsia X Berhad since 6 October 2010. Mr. Asher is also a sought after speaker in regional and international conferences and economic summits on finance, private equity and hedge funds. |
