For consistency purposes, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the announcement made by the Company on 14 May 2019.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 14 May 2019 in relation to the application for leave to file for or seek (either or) judicial review (“Leave Application”) filed by us together with our affiliate, AirAsia Berhad ("AAB") where the Malaysian Aviation Commission (“MAVCOM”) and Malaysia Airports (Sepang) Sdn Bhd (“MASSB”) are named as respondents.

We wish to announce that the Leave Application was heard before the High Court on 25 June 2019, and the High Court dismissed the Leave Application with no costs.

In light of the above, we together with AAB, will review with legal counsel on the next course of action.
