Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 6 October 2020 in respect of the Proposals (“Initial Announcement”). Unless otherwise expressed or defined in this announcement, all capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings ascribed to them in the Initial Announcement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of AAX, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that AAX has today submitted an application pursuant to Section 366 of the Companies Act, 2016 to the High Court of Malaya in Kuala Lumpur to obtain leave to convene a meeting with the Scheme Creditors in relation to the Proposed Debt Restructuring.
