We refer to the Announcement and the announcements dated 13 February 2015, 27 February 2015, 4 March 2015, 5 March 2015, and 27 March 2015.

On behalf of the Board, CIMB wishes to announce that we have today on behalf of AAX, made the following additional listing application to Bursa Securities in relation to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants: 

(i)            the listing of and quotation for additional Rights Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities;

(ii)           the admission to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for additional Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities; and

(iii)          the listing of and quotation for additional Exercised Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the additional Warrants on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.

This additional listing application is made further to the listing application made by CIMB on behalf of the Board on 13 February 2015 (which was approved by Bursa Securities on 26 February 2015) for the Proposed Rights Issue with Warrants.
